Bluebottle Guesthouse offers seven guest rooms and is situated on the slopes of the Muizenberg mountains, overlooking the spectacular False Bay coastline.

Bluebottle Guesthouse is not your average suburban B&B. We are on the mountainside nestled amongst indigenous fauna and flora overlooking a beautiful blue sea.
You can only access our guesthouse by a long flight of stairs (131 to be exact!)
Flights of 5 to 10 stairs separated by landings and are easily managed by anyone of average fitness. Our oldest guest was 92 years old! It is unusual access, but creates a peaceful calm atmosphere away from the noise of traffic and busy, buzzing suburban life.

Our accommodation is in the perfect place for runners and hiking enthusiasts with an awesome 8km circular route to Kalk Bay Harbour and back.
We only offer on-street parking that has monitored cameras and an overnight security guard on foot patrol.
